一、學院介紹

南京大學地球科學與工程學院是中國歷史最悠久、培養人才最多的地學專業院系之一。歷經百年發展，學科方向全、綜合實力強、國際影響顯著，在教育部歷次學科評估中均名列前茅：第三輪學科評估中，地質學并列第一；第四輪學科評估中,地質學并列a+；“地質學”和“礦業工程”入選國家“雙一流”建設學科。

學院堅持“走向現代化、走進社會、走出地球”的發展理念，面向科學前沿、國家需求和社會挑戰，推動學科交叉融合，構建新型學科體系，努力實現“國內領先，國際一流，南大特色”的發展目標。目前學院包括地球與行星科學系、水科學系、地質工程與信息技術系，擁有一支約120人的高水平教師隊伍，其中包括6位中國科學院院士和約50位國家級高層次人才。學院擁有內生金屬礦床成礦機制研究國家重點實驗室、表生地球化學教育部重點實驗室、關鍵地球物質循環教育部前沿科學中心等多個科研平臺以及國家級地球科學教學示范中心，與國內外幾十所大學和研究機構建立了長期的人才培養和科研合作關系，具有較強的國際影響力。

二、招聘崗位設置

南京大學地球科學與工程學院面向全球招聘優秀青年人才，本次原則上招聘準聘助理教授，有特別優秀的可以應聘準聘副教授。崗位總數不超過4個，其中準聘副教授崗位不超過1個。研究方向包括：

thehistoryofschoolofearthsciencesandengineeringatnanjinguniversitycanbetracedbackto1921,theearliestdepartmentofgeologyinchina.afteronecenturydevelopment,ithasbecomealeadinginterdisciplinarycenterforhigheducationandresearchinearthsciences.itconsistsofdepartmentofearthandplanetarysciences,departmentofwatersciences,departmentofgeologicalengineeringandinformation.today,itisthehomeofabout120facultymembers,including6academiciansofthechineseacademyofsciencesandabout50nationalhigh-levelprofessors.ourcolleagueshavemadealotofachievements,suchasthefirstprizeforthenationalscienceandtechnologyprogressaward,thesecondprizeforthenationalnaturalscienceaward.inthechinadisciplineevaluation,schoolofearthsciencesandengineeringrankedno.1ingeologyinthethirdround,anda+inthefourthround.geologyandminingengineeringwereselectedinthenational"doublefirst-class"constructionplan.
